Purchasing Goods From Us

When you place an order with us, you are entering into a contract to buy goods from us. When you have completed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order

In the event that the goods you ordered are no longer available or out of stock we will let you know and the contract will be cancelled. If this happens we may contact you and offer you an alternative item, but we will not send this out to you unless you give your approval. The substiture item may be at the same, a cheaper or more expensive price than your original choice. If a refund becomes necessary we will refund your money using the same method you used to pay for the goods

You may also browse through the products on our website and then place your order with us over the telephone if you prefer. You can then pay for your goods by debit/credit card for which you will need to supply us with the payment details at the time of sale. For this method of purchase, we use a secure credit card terminal which is kept at our premises.

We will also accept a cheque and your goods will be despatched to you when it has cleared
