Shipping & Returns

POSTAGE

All items purchased at The Quilters Wagon will be sent via Royal Mail at second class postage rate unless you request otherwise. The cost of postage is automatically calculated at the Checkout.
We always obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office for all packages we send. We post goods most days except Wednesday.


Please note we are unable to accept delivery messages ie. leave in conservatory or leave with neighbour.

We accept payments by the following methods:

Through our website via Paypal. Major Credit/Debit cards are accepted.

By Cheque payable to The Quilters Wagon (Goods will be sent out to you once the cheque has cleared)

By Postal Order, crossed and made payable to The Quilters Wagon

By telephone using a Debit/Credit card.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter any problems with our payment page or you have any other queries. We will be glad to help.

RETURNED ITEMS

If you purchase an item(s) from us and it is faulty we will gladly exchange the item or give you a refund. We will do this upon receipt of the faulty goods. Please contact us by telephone or email to let us know you will be returning the faulty goods to us. We will, if you require a refund, reimburse both the original and return postage. If you want an exchange, we will refund your return postage and we will not charge you postage for the replacement item. Please make sure that the goods to be returned are securely packaged and obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office and retain this until we inform you that we have received the goods.


If you purchase goods from us and you decide that you do not want/like them we will accept returns as detailed in our policy above relating to cuts of fabric. You must inform us within seven working days that you wish to return the goods and we must be in receipt of them within 10 working days. The goods must be in a re saleable condition. In the case of packaged goods, the packaging must be intact and you must not open the goods to use or try them out. In the case of fabrics, they must be in a re saleable, new condition and not washed or ironed or cut or damaged in any way. You will need to protect the goods from damage, pack them securely and return them to us within seven days of first notifying us that you wish to return the item(s) You will need to obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office. As soon as we receive the goods we will let you know and we will process your refund. We will not refund the cost of the original postage nor will we refund the cost of your return postage.

If we make a mistake with your order – we will refund all costs involved.

Personalised goods, such as Wedding and Baby items are not returnable/refundable as they will have been made to order, especially for you
